1. Overview

At MY DATA SIMS, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returning products and receiving refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-returnable Items

- Opened SIM cards or those activated/used.
- Downloadable software products.

4. Return Process

- Contact our customer support at returns@mydatasims.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide instructions & and an address for shipping the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@mydatasims.com.
